This website supports Evans & Gifty’s wedding invitations, guest arrangements and shared gallery. These terms describe how invited guests may use it.
Use your own invitation
Use the invitation or account assigned to you and give accurate answers. Keep invitation codes and sign-in details private. Do not use another guest’s account, bypass access controls or interfere with the website.
Share files you have permission to share
Upload wedding-related photos and videos that you took or have permission to upload. Respect the people shown, including children, and the rights of photographers and other creators. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, private or unrelated material.
You keep any ownership rights you have in your files. By uploading, you give the couple permission to store the original in their wedding archive, create previews and display it to invited guests through the gallery. You also allow original downloads where the site grants them. This permission is for the wedding gallery and archive.
Viewing and downloading
Guest gallery access requires a confirmed RSVP. Shared gallery files may be viewed by other invited guests with access. An invitation tag organizes files into a guest’s collection; it is not a private-sharing setting.
Guests are offered original downloads only for files tagged to their invitation. The couple and authorized gallery managers can download originals for management. Viewing or downloading a file does not transfer copyright or permission to use it commercially.
Use downloaded files for personal enjoyment. Get permission from the relevant people and rights holder before posting someone else’s file publicly or using it for another purpose.
Originals and previews
The archive preserves uploaded originals without recompression or video transcoding. The gallery uses separate previews. An upload must finish successfully before it is available in the gallery. Keep your own copy of important files; uploads and access can be interrupted by connection problems, provider limits or maintenance.
Moderation and removal
The couple and authorized gallery managers may tag files, hide them from the gallery and restrict access where needed. Hiding a file does not automatically delete the archived original. Contact privacy@eng-26.com about an inappropriate upload, a rights concern or a removal request. Copies already saved by other people cannot be recalled through the site.
